These Terms of Service govern your use of WhichWay.live and the WWAI Global Guest OS platform ("Platform"), operated by WhichWay.live ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Platform
The Platform provides AI-powered guest experience services including wayfinding, voice assistance, TROPTIONS commerce, and safety resources. You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
2. TROPTIONS Commerce
TROPTIONS is a commodity-backed digital asset. By using TROPTIONS commerce features, you acknowledge that values may fluctuate with underlying commodity markets and that settlements are final. TROPTIONS is not a security under US or EU law.
3. Voice & AI Services
Voice processing is provided via Deepgram. AI responses are generated by large language models and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.
4. Demo Mode Disclosure
When the Platform operates in DEMO MODE, all data, balances, transactions, and analytics are simulated. No real TROPTIONS are transacted. Demo mode is clearly labeled throughout the interface.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
