WhichWay.live is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
We may collect: (a) Voice recordings for STT processing (not stored after transcription), (b) anonymized guest session analytics, (c) Signup form data you provide voluntarily, (d) TROPTIONS wallet addresses for commerce settlement.
2. Edge-First Architecture
The Platform runs on Cloudflare's edge network. Data is processed at the edge closest to you and is not centrally stored unless you explicitly opt in to an account feature.
3. Third-Party Services
Voice data is processed by Deepgram (deepgram.com/privacy). AI responses are generated via Cloudflare Workers AI. TROPTIONS settlement is handled by the TROPTIONS network. We are not responsible for these providers' data practices.
4. GDPR & CCPA Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email: privacy@whichway.live. We respond within 30 days.
5. No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
